Brian is also a Qualified Sports Injury Coach, Sports rehabilitation coach, and holistic masseuse. He is a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach where he is has worked at both club and County level athletes in Galway. Brian also is a Precision Nutrition Coach along with other various Nutrition qualifications.
Brian is a director of Legacy Performance gym which he set up in 2009. He specializes in getting clients to peak performance whether that’s in fat loss, strength or in a sports capacity. When he is not coaching clients he loves to spend time with his 2 little boys and his ever-patient wife
Alan is also one of Ireland’s leading GAA Coaches. Winning All Ireland Manager for Galway U21’s 2013, Managed and coached at various Senior Football teams and is Currently Coaching Clare Senior Football Team.
Geraldine is currently Senior Coach at Legacy Performance where she oversees all aspects of the training programs and managing the day to day aspects of the business. Her hunger for attention to detail when dealing with her clients is amazing. She is constantly researching all areas of fat loss conditioning along with strength programming. Since coming to Legacy Performance in 2017 Geraldine has been an integral part of the team, not only in training her clients and helping them achieve great results, she has also worked closely with management to develop and implement systems and programs for the gym.
Specialising in Athletic Performance development with a focus on strength, power, speed and mobility, Darragh has helped many athletes from a wide range of sports including GAA, rugby, golf and athletics achieve their individual goals, including returning from injury. A certified Olympic Weightlifting coach, Darragh both competes and coaches in the sport.
