You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.
Your first session is always an hour one-to-one where we assess your movement and flexibility.
One of our team will be your assigned fitness coach and will be on hand whenever you need them, to help you stay on track.
Depending on your needs, you’ll receive around three personal training sessions a week with one of our four expert trainers.
As well as your regular weekly training and classes, you’ll have unlimited gym access. Just pop in and use the space and equipment when you like.
You can complement your personal training sessions with a range of classes, including Fundamentals, C3 Matrix, Boxing, Run Club and Animals Club.

Then you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire, to let us know a little bit about you and your goals.
Finally, you’ll select a date and time for your initial one-to-one evaluation session. Now you’re on your way.
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that W10 isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

This is our flagship product. Are you a person that wishes to learn about how to train for the goals you set? If so then this 12 weeks course is waiting for you. You get assigned to one of our vastly experienced coaches who mentor and teach you about nutrition, training, warmups, cooldowns, fat loss secrets, home workouts, pre and post nutrition. Plus, you never feel you are alone in our training facility no matter what time you plan to train. Our Groups are small so you get that unique feeling of 1-1 training but you have a partner to motivate you and inspire you along.
The Ultimate private way to train.These sessions are completely individualized based on your goals and needs. This time is yours, it is a time when we can give you that extra attention that you wouldn’t get in a class. These sessions are highly customisable to suit your health and fitness requirements.
We understand there are a lot of extremely well updated fitness community people who wish to use our training facility so we offer a 12 month self-programming package where you can train at the open hours and strive towards your goals. You will be added to our private members website whereby you will find training programmes, nutrition templates and tons of training tips.
This class is designed to burn serious calories. In this high intensity zone you will burn the most calories (and fat) during and after exercise. High-intensity aerobic and anaerobic training is the king of calorie burning, keep to the beat and get in the best shape of your life.

■ No need to book but arrive at least 20 minutes early to register. ■ Class starts promptly. No late arrivals will be admitted. ■ Don’t eat too close to class. ■ Come hydrated. ■ Class is done barefoot. ■ Wear comfortable stretchy clothing—form fitting is best. Women should opt for shorts and a vest top. Men should wear shorts, T-shirt optional. ■ Classes are 90 minutes long—aim to stay in the room for 90 minutes. ■ Beginners should not be afraid to take breaks during class. Do not leave the room, stand still or kneel down on your mat. ■ The class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is performed twice. Each person needs to work to the best of their ability within their range of strength and flexibility.
