Legacy Performance Strength and Conditioning Programs are Tested, designed, Monitored and coached By Strength & Conditioning Coach Brian Roache and overseen by Current Kildare Senior GAA Head coach Alan Flynn

We aim to improve Athletes performances using practical and up to date scientific data to gain every extra percentage of gains for the individual or team.

Our ethos is making sure the Athlete is the stronger, faster and fitter but most importantly off the injury table throughout the season.
