As a group, you will be put through individual testing so we can give you the exact individual program that will suit you.
Testing is based on the needs analysis of the sport and team. Examples such as Body composition, speed, power, fitness endurance using modern technology to get the best information for the head coaches or the clients individually.
Players have followed up programs every 4-6 weeks to progress. All specific programs are delivered via the free app which shows exactly how do complete the workouts.
Fitness Modalities such as running endurance, speed, agility, and power programs can be designed for use on pitch training. We can organise for Strength coach to be present at pitch sessions if needed.
Our aim is to make sure the client achieves their main goal but that will only happen if changes are made throughout the cycle of the season. Follow up testing needs to be completed as the player improves to adapt, change and progress their ability.
